Probation job fair expands beyond employment

People on probation often struggle to find employment to support themselves and their families.

It’s tough to find high-paying jobs that also accommodate people with criminal records.

“I thought having all the resources…in one place would be helpful,’’ said Shawnta Reid, a pretrial services coordinator for the Massachusetts Trial Courts.
